What we collect
Seeing Signs may store your email address and account identifier, the signs you choose to save, notes, categories, feelings, timestamps, AI-generated interpretations, subscription status, and basic usage information needed to enforce free and Plus limits.
How your information is used
We use this information to provide cloud sync, saved history, pattern features, AI interpretations, account access, subscription features, security, and support.
AI processing
When you request an AI interpretation or pattern review, the relevant text or calculated pattern statistics are sent to our AI infrastructure and model providers to generate the requested response. Avoid entering information you do not want processed for that purpose.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Seeing Signs does not receive or store your full payment card number.
Storage and devices
If you use Seeing Signs without an account, some information may be stored locally on your device. When you sign in, eligible saved signs can be synced to your account in our cloud database.
Sharing and sale of data
We use service providers necessary to operate the app, including hosting, authentication, database, AI, and payment providers. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can delete individual saved signs from the app. For account, privacy, or deletion requests, use the Seeing Signs Support page.
Operator
Seeing Signs is operated by Radiance Dementia Specialties LLC. This policy may be updated as the service changes.
